Nexway acquires the Swiss company Key Technology and strengthens its position as a major European actor of the digital content distribution by download. Thanks to this acquisition, Nexway pushes the doors open to the German-speaking European countries Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and some Eastern countries. And it brings localized services at all levels of marketing, sales, customer care and sales administration. Thus, Nexway is leveraging today all required means to deploy its localized approach market by market on the core European countries: France, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Benelux, Portugal ...
